LOVELACE COLLECTIVE Beauty products are made in a sustainable lab in Portland, Oregon & in Los Angeles, California. Candles are made in Northern Virginia. All of our ingredients are ethically sourced and ethically made.
ARE YOU VEGAN AND CRUELTY FREE?
Absolutely! We never test on animals, and all of our products that are vegan are labelled as such. Make sure to read product descriptions thoroughly, as we provide details as to whether an item is vegan, gluten free, paraben free, etc...
ARE THESE PRODUCTS ORGANIC?
We offer products that are made with predominantly organic ingredients. Some items are totally organic, while others are made with only a certain percentage of organic ingredients. Each item is properly labelled so please read item descriptions thoroughly to find out more about the ingredients.
WHAT ABOUT PACKAGING?
All of our items are sustainably packaged in material that can be reused or recycled. Our boxes are made out of recycled material. Our glass packaging can be repurposed, or preferably, recycled.
WHAT DO I DO WITH ALL THESE EMPTY PLASTIC JARS & GLASS BOTTLES?
Once you use up all of your product please wash the empty bottles and jars out, and place them in the recycling! Our plastic & glass containers are all eco friendly and can be recycled, so please do your part in caring for the environment and put your empty items in the recycling!
I DO NOT LIKE WHAT I BOUGHT, CAN I PLEASE GET A REFUND OR AN EXCHANGE?
There are a lot of laws restricting the handling of hygenic procutcs. Skincare products are hygienic products, therefor we do not provide returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Email us for further questions.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders cannot be cancelled after purchase. All sales are final.

No you cannot cancel an item within your order.

We currently ship using USPS & provide all our shoppers with proper tracking information.
WHEN WILL YOU PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Due to the whole COVID-19 situation we made the decision to halt international shipping. Once the time passes we are hoping to be able to open our doors to the world! Stay safe & mask up! The sooner we beat this, the sooner you get your products!
WHAT ABOUT CANDLE SHIPPING?
Due to their delicate nature, candles usually ship separately from your skincare order. So if you place a skincare order that contains candles, you will receive a separate tracking number!
SOMEBODY STOLE MY PACKAGE, WHAT DO WE DO NOW?
If you believe that your package has been stolen, please immediately contact customer service to resolve this issue. All packages come with insurance. Due to fraud, we ask that you provide sufficient proof that your package has indeed been stolen. Lots of people are eager to take advantage of small businesses and we hope to avoid this and actually help the customers who are in-need.
